以前學生時聽過演講者分享說他上班前都會先去運動
或是聽誰說誰誰誰爸爸有慢跑的習慣跑了十幾年
那時候聽到都覺得怎麼可能?!
上班累得要死誰還有力氣去
再來有個一二十年的習慣覺得很不可思議
可能當時年紀小無法感受吧
現在卻完全能理解
不管多累,該運動的那天,縱使將近午夜12點還是會去跑跑動動
運動變成了生活的一部份,不想讓這個好習慣消失
這幾年很多人提過想跟我一起運動,但是都陸續放棄消失了
而我也很少在量體重,健康比較重要
這篇不專夜運動心得文,分享給大家
文章沒有瘦身食譜,沒有運動菜單,沒有專業教練說法
比較適合持續想運動的人,或者想身形好看的人可以一起討論
