持訓重訓減脂成效比較低嗎? - 健身

本人體脂肪偏高,過年前開始持續重訓,沒有搭配有氧,大概ㄧ周3-4次,因爲太久沒重訓,延持續酸痛滿明顯的,飲食部份大概TEDD*0.9,會補充高蛋白
體態有變的比較結實,但是體重沒有下降太多,大概1公斤,
這樣的速率是正常的嗎,還是誰要配合有氧減脂效果比較好,還是持續重訓就好?
