版友們好,這串好像停了好一陣子
趁有空和大家分享目前一年多的成果

去年從研究所畢業,
期間累積的各種熬夜、亂吃等壞習慣把自己弄成了照片那樣...
食、動基本上都是和版上建議類似,
但是都是慢慢改變習慣的,沒有一次到位。
尤其是到中期才開始用心於飲食調整,而得到比較明顯的進步。
這段期間常作的運動是自行車、慢跑以及一些徒手訓練。
目前已找專業教練,安排更進一步的課表,希望可以有更健康的身體。
(FMS做下去發現自己真是慘不忍睹...)
這陣子下來,明顯感受到不單是身體上的改變,心理上也樂觀不少!
很開心自己可以「更生」成功,改變成更健康的生活型態。

我不太會用語法,內容都是土法煉鋼做出來的
計算器參考了威力大講解TDEE的文章,以及以前版娘的診斷文。
計算、研究這些東西在初期給我帶來了不少樂趣,現在則是久久才看一次而已。
相信大家都清楚,運動和吃不是在搞這些數字!
