上上個禮拜
我挑戰110kg含槓的硬舉 平常都是95kg含槓
做5RM
做完之後 腰那邊非常硬 我彎不太下去 已經兩個禮拜了 有變好的趨勢 但還是與以前不
同
以前我彎腰手能碰到腳 現在無法 而且都會覺得腰卡卡的 我兩個禮拜沒硬舉了
怎麼復原這麼慢 我這樣是受傷了嗎?
