這是今天去健身房測的身體組成分析,我從12月到現在,
從70公斤到現在56.9,整個瘦了很多,但是我想要練腹肌,
現在肚子是有4塊腹肌,看的到,我在想,
是不是要繼續做有氧,目前每天都跑一個小時,維持速度14.5,調整坡度,
讓體脂肪更少,腹肌就會自己出來,還是有另外的方法做會比較好?
