重訓完變重 - 健身

這是我最近的情況
之前體脂肪在22左右
靠著跑步一路降到17-18
最近想說體脂肪比較低了點開始加點核心肌群的訓練
以及舉舉啞鈴練上半身的肌肉
發現每次練完隔天總是容易體重上升
體脂肪到沒差多少
本來這也算正常現象我也沒多想
不過最近在想
我有在控制每天熱量攝取
一天頂多筆基礎代謝多攝取了1-200大卡
在這種狀況下
為什麼體重還可以上升勒??
吃進去比消耗的少
感覺應該只會掉體重才對阿?
有人可以幫我解答嗎??
