老人家我從小就是個圓滾滾的孩子 而且還矮不拉機 (153cm)
大概圓到24歲才默默縮水了下來,今年31...
最胖70kg 最瘦50kg (這兩個時期都沒接觸這個版所以不知道體脂><)
踏入健身房已半年,體重從55kg衝到60kg再晃到57kg (我沒寫錯,你也沒看錯)
去年十月底 55kg 體脂28% (60kg是剛過完年........就...那個了嘛!!)
今天...57kg 體脂21%~23% 咱們取個中間值22%

上圖比下圖還"多了"兩公斤喔!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
別跟我要菜單....因為我都想甚麼練甚麼XD 一星期運動四到五天
但主要的運動是重訓,全身都練,最近半個月才加上有氧
因為我真的很討厭跑步,好無聊>< 所以半個小時是極限了....
飲食的部分就少油少鹽,基本上不餓到為主,想到就來個水煮餐
加上本人不愛甜食也不喝飲料,所以愛甜食飲料的版友我就幫不上忙了...
然後本人食量很大,量化後大概是...
麥當勞大麥克套餐+雙層吉士堡...勉強可以飽,但兩個小時後就會喊餓
最高紀錄四個小時內吃了...
西堤套餐+六個MD甜甜圈+一杯珍奶+一大包奇多+還有些小零食吧!!
所以啊!!!!!!!!!
體重機上的數字真的不重要~~體脂低才是王道啊!!!!
