已經健身好一陣子了,有在控制飲食
脂肪量卻遲遲降不下來,實在很困擾!
我在想應該是排便不太順暢的問題
小弟長期來說沒有便秘困擾
但因為之前習慣都是吃到很飽->有便意
但控制飲食後 就沒有這麼'飽感'
都大概變成3、4天一次
整個肚子常常脹氣
想詢問大家有沒有什麼方法
是可以有效促進身體的新陳代謝呀?
不然只吃不出 控制飲食好像也沒啥用
