最近發現走跑步機
可能是身體習慣+體重減輕
用健走的速度
越來越難提升心率到預定的心跳(153bpm)
達到的時候都花掉十幾分鐘了
接著還要維持半個小時
整套下來都快要五十幾分鐘
突然想到這支影片

然後今天就在健身房試試看
發現真的蠻有效的
我用2.5分鐘熱身 慢慢加到坡度11 速度5
然後開始負重循環 左右各6kg 2.5分鐘 修2.5分鐘
再第一輪負重結束後 我的心率就到167
休息時慢慢降到145以上
然後就循環個六次 每次都提升一點斜率跟速度
結束時真的超級喘
覺得還不錯
平均161 最高171
