大家好 最近重訓完都會接一些有氧來增加熱量消耗
前兩天在萵苣有看到有人在用推雪橇跟戰繩
實際試了一下 推雪橇沒加槓片來回幾趟就很累了
戰繩更是很重 甩個幾下就快不行
可能對於現在的體能來說還不太能適應
但這種累又不太像重訓那種一組一組的乳酸堆積的感覺?
那這兩樣訓練可以當作有氧運動來增加熱量消耗嗎?
還是也算是一種重訓肌力的訓練呢?
