之前因為有在練舞所以手臂都還蠻緊實的
暑假沒有在練舞
只有游泳+快走(比之前不常用到手臂部肌肉
於是鬆垮垮的肉感就出現了QQ
原波家族中的女生手臂都不細
但之前練舞讓我有視覺上的變細
請問有沒有加強這部份纖細度的方法...
