一直吃小雞塊對身體會? - 健身

不知道在這邊問這個會不會被刪
假如不能就刪吧
就是最近我買了一大包小雞塊回家
沒事或嘴饞就會烤來吃(我不是用炸的)
我的飲食還蠻奇怪的
就可能下午三點吃一個便當
然後晚上10點就烤雞塊來吃(約10個吧)
我現在每天有在運動
就大概1個半小時吧
這樣的食物對我身體會營養不足嗎?
還是過量?
