握推時的傾斜問題 - 健身

就是會用力不均
大家應該都有這個經驗吧
要往上推的時候還好
但是要下來的時候槓鈴就會出現左右傾斜了
這樣好像會導致脊椎側彎 (我前幾天才檢查出來脊椎側彎QQ)
我有叫旁邊的朋友幫我注意
不過感覺好像還是很難控制
就算重量不會讓我太吃力也是一樣 (可能是習慣了....)
請問板上各位高手有什麼祕訣可以讓握推的時候能夠平穩控制槓鈴呢 ?
