可以讓沒錢上健身房的小弟在家裡面有的練習

問題一、我隨著影片中的動作去做,但作到後面會覺得脖子後面痛痛酸酸的
是什麼原因呢?我的脖子肌肉不夠強壯嘛?還是姿勢不正確?
