大家好,前一陣子腳扭傷的很嚴重,復健了好幾個月總算比較好了。
最近開始積極跑步
但是我卻發現扭傷的腳跑以前一半左右的時候就會酸痛和不適
我發現有二種情況,就是如果我去跑跑步機,比較沒有所謂的不適感和酸痛
坡度大概4 速度6左右
跑操場的情況就是比較容易酸痛和不適感
我想問一下這種情況是不是跟跑步姿勢有關?
因為跑步機有坡度,對人體工學是比較好的?腳比較不容易受傷???
>_< 麻煩的事,上健身房是一筆不小的費用,操場跑步費用0
