支離破碎的主菜 - 減肥

減肥到現在已經八個禮拜了
成果還算滿意
但自從開始運動 控制飲食
有時候就覺得超崩潰的 ╰(‵皿′*)╯
有時候會吃素食自助餐
沒有主菜就算了
有肉的主菜時
有的時候越吃越無奈
例如
白切肉-->盡量挑瘦肉多的部份 不吃皮和肥肉
爌肉-->同上
烤雞腿.燒臘的蜜汁雞腿-->像這種皮是精華的主菜
都要傷心的把皮咬掉
吃蜜汁雞腿的時候 那個蜜汁的味道真的超香
那個皮根本就是天菜啊!!!!!!!!
可是你在減肥,咬掉。
就默默的吃著白肉,看著皮,他無奈,我也無奈。
以上是廢話心情文 (被打)
不過還是會為自己設計精緻的犒賞啦
例如應該再兩個禮拜 就可以瘦滿10公斤
到時候就要去吃燒肉吃到飽啦!!!!!

不過我有認真查了資料
不吃那些肥肉和皮的部份
都可以少30-40%的熱量
特別是很多都是皮上面有一堆醬汁或是醃料
吃太多就...
所以大家一定要忍耐啊!
