請問基礎代謝量 - 減肥

問一個笨問題 可能精華區有答案 但怎麼一時找不到 @@
我知道減肥時 應該要至少吃到基礎代謝量
但請問這是包括運動了還是不包括?
例如 我的基礎代謝量是1200-1300卡
但我每天會有氧或重訓30分鐘
那我應該吃到1200卡+運動消耗的量(如200卡) 等於1400卡?
還是應該就吃到1200卡呢?
