我一直認為運動後拉筋只是為了避免乳酸堆積
所以有時慢跑完時間不夠會懶得拉筋
但我爬了文有些說拉筋的效果同第一行
也有些說拉筋是避免肌肉揪成一塊 形狀才會好看
因為慢跑了一年小腿線條還是一點都不好看
不知道到底和我沒拉筋有沒有關係?
