改善駝背練甚麼肌群 - 健身

原PO我有嚴重的駝背問題
駝了大概13年有了,而且我才21歲呀....
小時候穿衣服的時候都覺得挺胸會讓整個胸背部變的超厚超不成比例,非常難看
所以都保持駝背或者聳肩,自以為這樣會好看一點...
結果最近才發現原來這是因為駝背駝太久,導致背部脂肪堆積變厚,所以才會變成這樣
小請問版上的大家,有沒有在家裡就能隨時做的改善駝背的運動呀
也有聽說練背闊肌只會讓背變寬但對駝背沒甚麼幫助,這是真的嗎?
那想改善駝背的話去健身房應該練哪一種器材呢?或者說是練哪一種背部肌群?
