拿壺鈴練二頭彎舉,效果跟啞鈴差不到哪去,這時壺鈴不會是什麼減脂神器。
一旦排個HIIT之類的課表,不管手上拿槓鈴、啞鈴、壺鈴就是有那個效果。
而器材形狀不同就會有不同做法,用的重量當然也會改變。
把一支鐵鎚握柄長度鋸短一半,想要讓鐵鎚發揮原本效能手就是要出更多力。
壺鈴動作中很多旋轉成分那是因為壺鈴的重心集中很好旋轉,但那根本不是訓練重點。
換成啞鈴來做當然就是照啞鈴的做法,手上拿啞鈴卻想模仿壺鈴作法才是詭異。
