昨天晚上 上健身房
明明就熱身了
只是第一個動作就站立肩舉啞鈴 12下(平常只有10下)
大概就傷到了...
因為才第一個動作 加上有花時間來健身房
才一個動作就休息回家 @@" 心有不甘
所以又做了一個小時多的其他動作才回去
結果昨天晚上睡覺時 平躺的時候 肩膀就痛到不行了
今天起床稍微動到肩膀 肩膀某個點位就像被針刺一樣
至於為什麼是肩夾擠 是因為 辦健身房會員的時候 有送一堂教練課
就那麼一堂 就被教練看出來了 教練有說到我肩膀可能有肩夾擠的問題
從辦會員到現在也半年以上了 幾乎都沒啥練肩膀 (因為不敢練)
想說最近疫情趨緩 練比較勤 肩膀幾次下來 肩舉了10下 也沒任何的不適
結果昨天一個勉強 10下→12下 就中了 QQ"
請問要如何治療肩夾擠
我該找教練還是醫生(運動醫學中心的那種)?
要好 大概要花到多少$$$$$
再問一下 放著不理它 身體會自然減少疼痛嗎....
