我也有這個疑慮
身高 162
體重 56
體脂 24~25 ((康是美)
三餐_
早餐 蔥油餅+黑咖啡+優酪乳+
午餐 大約都是肉羹麵(湯未喝完+燙青菜+豬皮一點點/鬍鬚張便當/滷肉飯+一碗
香雞雞湯
下午茶 約是一杯奶茶(82卡) 有時候會喝珍奶 (無糖)
晚餐 拉麵(湯未喝完+幾塊肉 /肉絲炒飯
消夜 兩包自然的顏 蘇打餅 /乖乖 不等 (消夜似乎都兩三百卡)/紅豆湯圓 擇 一
我時常覺得吃不飽 如果下午沒喝東西 晚餐也會泡一包來喝 一天似乎都吃四 五餐
水 我超愛很水一天都約3000cc
運動 每天跑3.6km(30分鐘內) 沒跑的話會做鄭多燕小紅帽 或是去爬山
一周大約運動五次 每次半小時
我想我是不是吃太多一公斤也沒瘦反而胖了一點點 但後來就沒持平沒變了
