身材真的不是重點,我認為重點在教練的"實作經驗"
例如你今天準備挑戰健立三項or硬舉深蹲之類的重量突破
你一定會希望找有同樣實作經驗甚至能比你做高出許多重量的教練來幫你.
那種年紀大身材走樣的不代表他年輕實作經驗少.
另外就是要看教練到底是哪種教練吧,如果是那種隨處可見的"體適能教練"
我應該也不會有興趣花錢上他的課.
我是覺得找真正有在練"健美"or"健力"的教練的確比較有說服力
看你是想追求啥就找哪一類型的教練.
不過對一般人來說健美應該是主流就是了.
另外就是,實作經驗重要的點在於,
現代資訊爆炸,學習新知只要有心誰都能做到,真正困難的是有沒有真的去實做
來確認效果,畢竟同樣的訓量方式對每個個體產生的效果是因人而異.
所以教練本身實作經驗越多,我會比較信任他能針對我的需求帶給我更多有效的建議.
那麼重點來了,如果教練本身實作經驗足,
那麼他的身材應該是有相當水準的才是,很簡單的道理
今天你在健身房左邊是個巨巨,右邊是隻瘦雞
然後你可能有問題想找人請益交流一下,你會問哪一個?
"懂得很多"的教練,跟"懂得多也實做的多"的教練是有根本上的差異的.
回應一下標題,如果教練本身的專業度真的很夠,實作經驗也足
那應該不至於到4~50歲就混不下去吧?
畢竟專業度一直累積上去的話,年紀大了應該也可以從事管理職
甚至改專職訓練體育選手,畢竟不管是哪個領域的選手 球類格鬥田徑等
應該都會有健力訓練的需求,你專業度越高的教練人家才能放心把選手交給你.
