教練課上多久才算"夠了"? - 健身

請教各位
小弟因為有提昇肌力跟提昇運動表現的需求
所以有在評估找教練
但問題來了
到底要上到怎樣的程度才算是夠了?
當然我的目標不是要到達職業選手的強度
所以至少提升到比一般業餘強或是跟業餘高手水準一樣即可
但像是有些課程是一次16堂或是24堂之類的
一週兩次算起來大概就是兩個月跟三個月
我要怎麼知道我上完這些課有滿足我的需求或是需要更多堂呢?
我對教練課的認知是教練會依照你的需求幫你開菜單
上課就是依照菜單訓練並且矯正你的動作
菜單也包含回家後所需要的訓練以及注意事項
等到你夠熟練了或是全部課程結束你就自己練就行
不知道我的認知是否哪裡有誤呢?
還是說我應該找教練討論以我的需求大概需要上幾堂才夠?
有些問題可能真的很簡單
