整體體脂肪低但下半身偏高的疑惑 - 健身

平常都有去學校量身體組成分析
但是這次對結果有點疑惑...
以下是測量完的資料
身高:179cm 年齡:23 男性
體重:70.3[63.4~77.5]
除脂重量:62.9[56.4~59.9]
肌肉重量:58.8[52.3~55.6]
骨骼肌肉重:33.9[26.4~32.3]
身體總水分:45.3[40.6~43.1]
細胞內水:27.5[27.1~29.7]
細胞外水:17.8[15.6~18.2]
體脂肪重量: 7.4[10.6~14.1]
礦物質重: 4.1[4.0~4.2]
蛋白質重:13.5[11.2~12.6]
體脂肪百分比:10.5
四肢及軀幹評估:

脂肪重量 0.43 0.42 3.84 1.36 1.35
肌肉重量 4.26 4.30 28.55 10.80 10.89

(平常重訓部位主要是上半身 下半身頻率比較低
重訓完後慢跑約20~30分鐘 速度10km/hr慢慢加到 12km/hr)
不解的地方是脂肪重量目前是不足但是左腿跟右腿卻又是到肥胖臨界
這個是表示我要加強下半身重訓的量還是降低腿部的脂肪
還是機器有問題@@
