大家好!
去年年底踏上健身,重訓之路,
每天都會用誠實照相機紀錄身型,
(大推這個app真的超好用的)
每天早上起來也會紀錄體脂(體重,體脂,肌肉量,代謝等)
我的訓練頻度約為一週4~5天
前幾個月懵懵懂懂的跟著教練練,
後來這兩個月基礎練起來了開始有成就感,
整個小宇宙大爆發,
重量也逐步增加,
令人開心的是不管是體重或是體脂都下降了,
我160cm,32歲女生,
去年11月時體重53.7
體脂27.7
現在體重50.6
體脂24.2
(同一台機器,大致上同樣時間量)
但是奇妙的是照片看起來幾乎沒有什麼改變(哭
(因為都是穿著內衣拍的請原諒我碼到只剩肚子以下XD)

大家都說不要計較數字,
數字不重要重要的是身型有沒有改變,
