斜方練完像落枕該怎辦 - 健身

最近想把斜方練大除了硬舉外會單獨拉出來訓練,不過每次練完隔天都痛的像落枕一樣..
然後隔天又恢復正常..請教朋友他是建議要按摩放鬆,但好像又抓不到訣竅還是痛..
請教各位巨巨練完斜方隔天也會這樣嗎,有什麼改善的方式嗎,
還是要按壓哪邊的激痛點比較適合,先謝謝各位分享~
