很多人都覺得黑魔法很神奇,其實如果是類固醇,效果很有限,因為你只能做到肌肥大,
沒有長新的纖維,拍照最明顯,用黑魔法的人覺得自己進步,但是只是變腫一點,你覺得
自己變大隻很多,其實只是肌肉腫,還是沒線條,一定要IGF-1或是生長激素半年以上,
才會長新的細胞,腫腫的肌肉在女生眼裡你就只是個有健身的胖子,基本上如果你身材原
本不怎樣,不用想著短時間切割度分離的肌肉,頂多很乾爆筋,但是像黑人那種切割度明
顯的就不用想了,然後肌肉大塊又全身爆血管,99%都是類固醇用了很多種,但是一樣切
割度不明顯,其實用久了你就知道怎麼回事。類固醇我會建議天生瘦底的人用,或是準備
比賽的人用,如果你是能吃的胖的那種,你不用類固醇,慢慢練就可以了,等比賽才用。
類固醇基本上就是讓你合成肌肉功能變好,能吃胖的人用了其實幫助也不大。自然跟用藥
比較明顯應該是在胸跟肩的比例,胸大肩小,一般是自然,反之,用藥。所以如果你覺得
想改變比例可以考慮,但是一停藥就沒了,類固醇就是來的快去的快,要保持成果的不二
法門就是長時間堅持,或是準備夠多的銀彈配合胜肽一起
