小弟常看到有人整條臂,整個滿滿線十分完美,因為是初學去了一次健,拉摃式器具,約十
至二十公斤,往往拉個十下就好累好累了
要休息很久很久,很想知道是練線條要少量多餐式的(輕的次數多),或是重的拉到沒為為止
?
要怎麼樣訓練才好!?小弟一次可以泡在健身房二、三小時
好想趕快有那種迷人的手臂線條哦
