新手問題 有關RM速度問題 - 健身

先聲明我有爬過文了 我是一個新手
我在爬過置底文後 真是受益無窮
但是實際在練習時 卻遇到一個問題
就是我在使用器材訓練時 到底RM跟RM之間的速度是快還是慢
好像說的有點抽象
舉例來說 我一組作20RM
是要很快很快的做完比較正確
還是慢慢的做完20下比較標準
我目前是用後者,但是每次做到第2組的16~17RM就撐不下去了
但是前者好像可以做比較多
因為在健身房裡兩種方式都有人使用
所以有點疑惑 謝謝
