本人168.7公分,67.5公斤,體脂26.5
胸部跟小腹有明顯的脂肪
目前透過有氧跟TRX做運動。
目前應是減脂階段,目標是減脂並雕塑身材,有明顯肌肉這樣,想請問是否需要喝蛋白乳清,還是不需要?
如果需要,我看乳清有份高蛋白、中蛋白、低蛋白,哪一種比較適合?
