新手啞鈴重量怎麼選比較好? - 健身

如題
網路上查到了很多判斷自己啞鈴重量的方法
方法大概是,上臂不動,前臂舉起來超過90度
然後慢慢放下,這樣算是1下
如果可以做8到12下就做不下去了,即是自己適合的重量
我自己嘗試是一手8公斤就是差不多,但是在做啞鈴飛鳥,做到後面左手有點發抖舉不下去
最後做到一手6或7公斤就好點,請問這樣我該選哪一種重量呢?
還有大家常常說的啞鈴幾公斤,會習慣乘上2嗎,還是都是說一手的
因為感覺啞鈴舉10公斤以下好像不如徒手做一做…
