新手在家練的6個月心得 - 健身

小弟沒有去健身房,大多是默默地在家練
從三月到現在也已經半年了
所以就趁著這個moment來和大家分享一下了:D
目前165/55 體脂9.4%
以下是每天做的項目,有些是近三個月慢慢加上的:
----------------------------------------------------------
伏地挺身 30x1
下沉運動 25x1
平躺抬腿 50x1 (前20平上平下,後30平上+左中右下)
仰臥曲腿上舉,屁股離地 30x1
平躺腳打直往上伸,讓屁股離地 30x1
平躺做踩腳踏車的動作 100x1
坐在床邊身體稍微往後傾,腳伸直然後收膝蓋至胸前 25x1
單腳在前做蹲下的動作 40x2(左右腳各1)
雙腳平行深蹲 20x1

大部分動作我都不知道要用什麼專有名詞
所以只好盡量用描述的方式來寫了
希望大家看得懂-___-||
和許多前輩比起來,我的訓練量是很低的
甚至還有些莫名其妙
但還是希望能讓剛歩入這個版的版友多少有個參考
訓練的方法是好是壞就要請專業的前輩來解說了XDDD
