只重訓沒有氧 - 健身

最近碰到點小問題想問一下
重訓到目前為止大約一個禮拜
在這之前 有慢跑大概兩三個禮拜(幾乎每天跑)
開始重訓後 因為肌肉實在酸痛 所以便沒有跑
但是 這些天上課出門都用走路 至少走路都有一到兩個鐘頭
現在問題來了
如果我只重訓沒有有氧
那在長肌肉的同時 沒有消耗脂肪
是不是有可能會體重上升 腰圍變粗的現象呢?(重訓有鍛鍊腹肌和兩側)
最近好像也沒吃的比較多 體重卻上升 褲頭略顯緊繃
