從國小到現在的體適能測驗都是唬爛(?)長大的
仰臥起坐我連一下(真的)都做不起來!!
硬做可以做五下TUT
都是靠我跟同學們之間的感情(?)幫我多報XD
曾經老師還以為我偷懶不做
時間到了還不按下停止鈕 (我真的很努力阿TUT)
從小到大永遠收過重單
國中升高中的暑假終於清醒
看部落客的減肥文吸收一些奇怪的知識(當然也有很多正確的)
靠著飲食+運動從82公斤瘦到62公斤
隨著暑假跟最近大量的試吃甜點(誰叫我要創立甜點品牌不TUT)
體重增加到66、67公斤
體脂肪瘋狂上升到30%!!!!! (暑假前也才26%)
因為肌力不足不是背痛就是腰痛
駝背導致虎背熊腰的TUT
所以下定決心想找私人教練做訓練
希望是女教練
有沒有推薦的教練或是訓練課程呢?
新手對這種一竅不通TUT
目前沒有想加入健身房
因為是學生時間不多
家裡也有一台飛輪
頂多假日去公立健身房~
有看到一家“愛表現”的健身中心
不知道有沒有版友有參加裡頭的訓練
想知道評價如何
