三餐內容:
早餐:鮪魚蛋土司+中杯紅茶 or 起司蛋餅+中杯紅茶 or 麵包+咖啡
午餐:便當or麵(韓式泡菜拌麵) 無飲料
晚餐:有時中午吃太飽,晚餐則不吃。或是早餐午餐一起吃,晚餐吃家裡煮的飯菜
其他:偶爾會吃消夜和零食。
日常作息時間:早上七點起床,晚上十二點前睡覺。偶爾例外十二點半以前上床睡覺。
生活型態:學生。星期一二上課,星期三~六上班,整天班0800~2200
健康狀況:(是/否)
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動?否
當您活動時是否會有胸痛的感覺?否
過去幾個月以來,您是否有在未活動的情況下,出現胸痛的情況?是

我的問題:第一次在板上發文,請多包涵。今天也第一次去康是美量體脂率,
想請問各位板友25.6算高的嗎?我知道沒有運動習慣很糟糕,但除了運動,
如果要降體脂及再減一兩公斤,飲食方面該如何調整呢?早餐的飲料是否不能
繼續喝紅茶呢?
