本來肥宅是想要減重的 結果一個多月胖了十公斤
現在 182cm 100kg
練之前頂多去健身房摸摸儀器 沒練過深蹲和硬舉
現在深蹲可以 130kg 硬舉剛破 120kg
怕有語言的問題 沒學全 請大家鞭小力一點
