各位三項總和破千ㄉ巨巨們好
繼上次在這請益關於Stronglifts 5x5後
從3/1開始跑這課表到現在快2個月
四項都很穩定的進步,只有肩推卡關過一次
目前S:120, B:67.7, D:125, OHP:50 @75kg
以上皆是5*5重量,只有硬舉是2組5下
4月開始練相撲硬舉,目前是相撲傳統各做一組
請各位巨巨們開鞭~ 目前感覺是髖發力不夠(?
