有教練跟我說 先減脂肪到15%左右 你再增肌效率會比較好
可是我有個疑問 因為我現在是新手福利期 32公斤肌肉 29%體脂
進健身房3個月左右
平均一個月增加0.8公斤肌肉 掉1%的體脂
因為一個月長肌肉極限 不是1.1公斤左右
那這樣我不是等我的身體新手福利期結束後
再進行減脂 才是最好的效率?
