Table of Contents

加減練健身已持續兩年,也一直採低碳高蛋白飲食,平時訓練方式是一週1~2次分部位,
這次胸、下次背、下次腿,比較常練腿,這樣循環,用12組會累的重量來練、希望能往上
加,每次最後會練肚子(腹肌)來結束再拉筋,早餐必定一顆蛋加無糖豆漿,有時會加吃
地瓜或換吃鮪魚蛋乳酪餅,午餐和晚餐吃有肉的便當、飯都吃不到1/3,下午義美鮮奶加
黑咖啡止餓,忌糖、但偶爾吃一些鳳梨酥之類的小糕餅,也會喝酒,以下是我維持的肚子
,只要前一晚不大吃大喝,起床都可以好好維持這樣,這是我的舒適人生訓練法-偶爾斷
食、偶爾偷懶、想到就多練、平時自律但常偷吃美食辣油什麼的,歡迎大家給意見!
