新手舉啞鈴疑問 - 健身

板上的各位大大 安安
小弟不才想開始做一些簡單的重量訓練
於是想說直上10Kg的啞鈴2個應該沒問題
因為沒有去試舉就直接買了
今天發現重量似乎明顯過重
連一下的90度向上練2頭的上舉 都相當吃力 甚至可以說做不來
目前僅能單臂下垂上提約5下 或是提著兩個啞鈴練前臂
因此想請問是直接改買重量低一點的 還是 慢慢練
我怕重量過重導致受傷
PS.買的是某A牌的 無法調重的
有請板上的前輩幫小弟解惑 非常感謝!
