各位大大好 請鞭小力點...
因為自身條件有限
只能練2休(工作)2
因為自身比較體弱
通常練大概就40分鐘就極限了
大約是3個動作各4組
因為會太喘導致恐慌症發作
只能抓在快發作的感覺就停練了
飲食都有保持蛋白質體重兩倍的量
請問我這樣練會不會沒什麼效果
