我是一個長期久坐的尼特族
平時晚上會去家附近的公園籃球場運動
近日開始想進健身房
有去參觀了 也可以有免費體驗
但因為沒進去過 完全不知道該如何下手
體驗第一天只敢扛起空槓鈴
膝蓋不超過腳尖蹲半個小時就覺得累
但其實我對器材也一竅不通
雖然都有巡場教練
但因為我很肥很醜
所以就算直接請教 也根本沒有教練想理我
請問我如果之後再去 我可以怎麼做呢?
還是要直接買教練課訓練呢?
這樣教練會多跟我說幾句話嗎
我是男生 進健身房目的想培養自己的運動習慣
想調整一下體態 即是臉部的增肌減脂
矯正一下臉型 至少達到不嚇人的水準
請指教,謝謝。
