新手關於肌肉酸痛 - 健身

我最近開始上健身房
也有請教練叫(一週一堂課)
但是每次上完教練課之後都會肌肉酸痛一個禮拜左右...
教練則是教我兩天就要去一次(但是我個人體感覺得跑跑步機之類的有氧還行,手真的完全累到舉不起來...)
教練每次都有增加強度,有時候隔天上班手舉起來都會很痛苦
我想問的是身體還在酸痛時到底能不能繼續重訓(因為真的會痛,會想哭...教練則是說這樣很正常),Google爬了一些文感覺意見都很兩極,有些跟我教練說的一樣,在酸痛的時候繼續練這樣才有效,有些則是說個人身體能負擔的時候再練比較好,想要詢問到底哪個才是對的呢?
