今天蘋果日報有少女時代的健身教練新聞
剛好最近有本剛出版韓國健身新書 就是那個團體A-TEAM教練出的

發現裡面有個健身觀念,跟大家分享
第一個月要先矯正歪斜的身體(龜脖子、窄肩膀、臀部大小不一、肩胛骨突出)
先把體力與姿勢調整到良好的狀態。
第二個月開始集中火力練各部位肌肉
也就是一星期不同天,每天練二個不同部位(也就是「三胸、二臂」口訣)
第三個月複合式運動燃燒脂肪,讓線條跑出來。
像他們教過的韓星,如張赫、少女時代俞利、東方神起、金秀賢,好像都是用這種方式練
出好身材來。
另外書裡也有講到飲食的部份,雞胸肉好像是韓國很流行的健身必吃食物。
只是雞胸肉不太好吃,韓國好像還有針對雞胸肉推出食譜。
