這問題也吵太久了吧 ... 動不動就掉肌肉,你以為你是紙糊的嗎?
但要了解一件事, 人體不斷的在損耗及重生。GNG 是大致恆定的一回事,生出的碳水量維持於一定的範圍。每小時五到七克少不了
而在損耗過程之中,到底那種胺基酸跑了去做 GNG ,天知道。
而人體必需的九種胺基酸,人體沒有可能憑空生成。
(當然,有大豆基因的能光合作用的我會無視)
在熱量赤字之下,完整蛋白質攝取量愈低,就愈大機會會缺少其中一種胺基酸。
在材料不足之下,還能由空氣中取得氮氣來生出蛋白質?
那是植物,那不是人類。
在食用足夠蛋白質,有訓練的情況下,要『掉肌肉』困難無比。
『掉肌肉』的,先檢討一下進食內容和訓練內容。
舉例,以女生55Kg 左右普遍日常消耗約 1600大卡,這是『沒運動』的情況。
假如只吃 1200大卡,50%碳水,剩下的是 600卡。
普遍肉類,大慨是 1g 蛋白質有1g 脂肪
所以,食用 50g 蛋白質就會食用大慨 50g 脂肪約 650 大卡。
加總,1250 大卡。
在熱量赤字下,吃 50g 蛋白質不會流失肌肉才怪。
假如是植物性蛋白質,其人體吸收性和質量甚至會更低。
會『掉肌肉』,不見得就是『斷食』問題
而是出於『進食』問題。
我反對現在流行的斷食法,就因為太多人鼓吹『蛋白質會升胰島素』
.... 最好,能變成植物,由空氣吸收
不然,必出問題。
蛋白質吃足夠,碳水別太多,要吃菜
足矣,其他還是別胡攪 ..
