斷食可以喝酪蛋白嗎 - 健身

標題限於篇幅沒有講的很清楚,
我因為覺得減脂不是很順利,所以從前幾天開始嘗試16/8斷食,有時會變成17/7或18/6
那我想問的是在可進食時間的最後喝一杯提供20g蛋白質左右的酪蛋白會影響斷食效果嗎
?
因為酪蛋白是緩慢釋放胺基酸進入血液中,那這樣算不算是在斷食期進食呢?
