斷食24小時的經驗.....
斷食最難過是前6小時,所以為何說斷食早餐最簡單,因為吃完晚餐就去睡,起來就
斷食快12小時,最痛苦那段就熬過去了,根據影片中的說法,當你斷食12小時候
身體脂肪酸濃度開始拉高,代表開始燃燒脂肪,這個時候開始真的就不太會餓,
而且精神也很好,撐到晚餐都不是問題..
但是如果是吃完早餐後斷食,因為小弟習慣晨運,所以有些時候只好吃完早餐開始
斷食,午餐前還沒問題,午餐後到睡覺前就很難熬了,我猜可能是胰島素濃度還是很高,
所以當血糖降低時 你身體還無法拿脂肪當燃料,所以沒東西燒 當然就肚子餓啦..QQ
所以要玩間歇性斷食 還是建議拿早餐開刀...XD
這又好像跟傳統說 吃早餐最重要的概念完全相反 哈哈
