想請問斷食的時間(我是18-6 or 16-8 )是否可以攝取維他命或維生素
(Ex:綜合維他命、維他命C、維他命B群或睡前攝取鎂、葉黃素等等)
我事前有先查過一些飲食的書籍(不是很嚴謹的那一種飲食書)
和許多Youtuber的影片
說法略有不同,想請問各位Fitness版的版友們,謝謝 :)
