斷食減脂不做運動效果 - 減肥

目前在減肥 目標是瘦到看得到腹肌線條
32y 現在是177/72kg 體脂蠻高的24%
脂肪主要都集中在肚子
方式是用斷食 24/0 一天一餐 不太吃澱粉
週末會吃大餐 大魚大肉 不吃零售不吃宵夜
目的是減重 減體脂 沒有做重訓
目前訓練都是跳tabata
腹肌訓練占5成 3成各種伏地挺身
2成單槓練背。
平均每個月可以瘦2公斤
週末不吃大餐的話一個月可以瘦3-4公斤
體脂降多少不知道 肚子有變小
想問一下只靠斷食減重的話,體脂能降到多低呢?
有人有經驗嗎?
